161 Infantry Battalion Territorial Army (Home & Hearth) Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry will organize a recruitment rally at Lower Jhelum Hydel Project Ground, Gantmulla near Baramulla from 07 December 2025 to 16 December 2025. Eligible candidates may report for screening at 0700 hours as per the schedule. Entry gate will open at 0700 hrs and close at 0900 hrs strictly. Document checking, physical and medical tests of candidates screened in the rally will be held at the venue.

Educational Qualification (Soldier GD)		Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Boards with grading, minimum of D Grade (33–40) in individual subjects or grade with 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.

Selection Process
